You must indicate your desire to return the item to us through email within 24-28 hours of having your order delivered.
Products with no quality-related issues must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. starting from the day your order was delivered. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of such returns.
We are a small team & business curating authentic but small and upcoming brands; so processing returns are costly for us all. So there is a 30% restocking fee for return of products with no quality issue.
So to be fair to both sides have a good look at what you are ordering and be certain before you place your order.
This also helps our sustainability effort.
Returns not received within7 days from day your order was delivered. Will not be accepted for any form of refund.
Note: When a return is not logged in withing 7 days of delivery. Our brands hold the right to refuse Any refund.
At our (GGR) discretion. We as a platform independed on our brands can chose or not chose to offer a 50% refund back to the customer who returns an item late (after the 7days allowed). Please not that is is on a case by case and only at our discretion.
We respect our brands policy and hope you do as well. Any refund done after the 7 day return window is at our personal discretion. Which means that we as a platform still have to pay the brandsthe full cost of the item and get stock with your returned item.

Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed above. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty/stated period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.
When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box. If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable. Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Due to the nature of face masks, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

3. Returns Costs & Methods
GOOD GIRL REBEL does not offer a return label. Under the original condition, customers are expected to be responsible for the return cost or any additional costs incurred during the procedure. You can return via any shipping unit that provides the shipment service at your location. To guarantee your return process, please follow our policy and kindly provide the tracking code when you have dispatched the parcel.
Please bear in mind that any parcel that does not follow our return instruction process will be refused. GOOD GIRL REBEL cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned/refunded, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to GOOD GIRL REBEL. Thus, please ensure you have sent a return request and received the approval email, which includes the return instruction.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we are able to locate the items (which is not always possible) and you would like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
*Please be aware that all unidentified returned items will be at GOOD GIRL REBEL's disposal after 30 days from the date of returning arrival
4. Return Restriction
We will not accept the return if we notice an unusual pattern or returns activity that does not comply with our Return Policy or returning item(s) are different from the original return requests, or the items returned don't match what you had ordered, then we might have to decline your parcel.
Under certain circumstances, we might have to deactivate your account and any associated accounts to prevent repeat unrightful actions and ensure fairness among our customers.

5. Back to Sender / Returned to Sender
Under certain circumstances, your order is undelivered and sent Back/Returned to the sender for the following reasons:
- Cannot contact recipient- Incorrect recipient information- Unpaid Import Duties & Customs- Refused Delivery
We will try our best to work this out and provide you with the most appropriate support that complies with our policy. Depending on each particular case, you might have to pay a re-shipping fee and/or Import Duties & Customs. We will contact you once we are notified about the above issue and provide you with relevant instructions.
*Please be aware that all Back to sender/Returned to sender items will be at GOOD GIRL REBEL’s disposal after 30 days from the date of returning arrival

REFUND
Once your return has been received by our brand or partner boutique, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process and make sure it meets our return terms.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Note: We are not a payment processor . The time for your refund to show in your form of payment is dependent on the payment processor you choose when you made your payment.

Refunds are only issued back to your original form of payment. (this does not include the original shipping fee or return fee or re-stocking fee wehn and if it applies).
Refund is only available after we have received your returned item(s) and implemented a quality control procedure at our Centre.
Defective items and incorrect pieces are entitled to a full refund of the original payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund
Most of our products are designed and Made-to-Order and we always try our best to provide you with the most accurate service; comply with our terms, so all cancellation requests cannot be made once your order has been confirmed! However, we will assist you to cancel your order if:
+ Your order is confirmed but one of the items is sold out. We offer a refund to the original Payment
+ Your order is cancelled by us due to unexpected reasons
- Invalid Address- Invalid Card Owner Identity- Missed Delivery (excluding the original shipping fee)- Back-to-sender / Returned-to-sender orders (excluding the original shipping fee)

3. Refund Process
After the return package has reached us, we will process your refund. and notify you through an automated email.
After the refund is issued, it would take 3-5 business days to view it in your Store credit account or original account. Although we are aware that the process is lengthy, we always do our utmost to protect your rights while adhering to our standard operating procedure. We strongly advise against filing a dispute in relation to your return because doing so will complicate the process during the waiting refund period.

Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are misrepresented quality wise; when delivered to you.

Once return address and #RMA is received; Pack the item(s) you wish to return/exchange in its original packaging.Follow our Return Instruction by including the #RMA written in paper inside the package and send your Returning Item(s) to our designated address in Please provide us with the tracking number within the next 3 days to ensure your return. It will aid our staff in following your package more closely. Otherwise, your request might be held OR canceled. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Can I change item(s) ( size, color, other products ) after placing an order?
In case you want to change the color or size when your order is under the fulfillment process, please contact us via email support@goodgirlrebel.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to change the item for you.
Be aware that changes can add additional time to your order processing time.
However, in case your item(s) has been completely processed and shipped, your request of changing the item(s) will not be approved.
Otherwise, once your parcel has been dispatched, you have to wait until you receive your package and do the exchanging request. We accept exchanging merchandise (if the mistake is on your end) due to ordering the wrong size for once and only. However, you will need to pay for all returned fees and re-delivery for the exchanged item(s).

EXCHANGES
It is best to request the exchange of an item while processing before it is shipped/dispatched.
Otherwise, once your parcel has been shipped/dispatched, you have to wait until you receive your package and do the exchanging request. We accept exchanging merchandise (if the mistake is on your end) due to ordering the wrong size for once and only. However, you will need to pay for all returned fees to the brand and re-delivery for the exchanged item(s).
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
If you have received product(s) which you did not order or a damaged/defective product(s), please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition. We would recommend you to contact Customer Service via email support@goodgirlrebel.com and let the representative know the details of your package within 48 hours.
Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

You will see all available sizes and colors on the right side in any Product’s Page. If a size or color does not appear, it shall be unavailable at that moment so If you would like to inquire about restocking time, simply email us and you will be posted once the variant is available.
We highly recommend you to refer to each Product’s Size Chart as It may vary from different Brand Partners or Designs; it appears on the right side in the Product’s Page. By referring to each particular size chart, it also reduces additional cost caused due to Return & Exchange (kindly refer to our Return Policy here)
